It is your responsibility to ensure that you prevent your dog from biting or injuring another dog, animal or human.
Hire and rental schemes:
When you rent or hire one of our products it will be at the specified weekly rental, with a deposit paid in advance of hire.
Should you wish to extend the rental, the initial deposit will remain valid and the payment for the revised weekly rental will need to be paid.
Upon return of the product or equipment, Progress Pets Ltd reserves the right to deduct from your initial deposit any amount necessary to allow for fair wear, tear or damage. The difference will then be returned.
Refunds:
If any product purchased from Progress Pets Ltd is found to be faulty or damaged in transit, we will either refund or replace the product at our customers discretion.
All returns must be notified to Progress Pets Ltd within 14 days.
All goods remain the property of Progress Pets Ltd until paid in full.
All returns items must be returned with their original packaging.
Where a refund is agreed due to a circumstance that is through no fault of Progress Pets Ltd, we reserve the right to retain the cost of any postal charges for the item(s).
Orders made from Progress Pets Ltd constitute acceptance of Terms and Conditions and Postage and Delivery Terms.
