Postage & Delivery

Orders for items that we have in stock will normally be dispatched within 48 hours.  Otherwise, our general delivery term is 7 working days. If goods will take longer to despatch - due to high demand or personalised orders, we will advise you accordingly.

All orders are sent by 1st class post.

For those customers wishing to order multiple items, please advise when ordering that you would like your postage combined to reduce post charges. We will be happy to email you an invoice reflecting this, which you can pay as usual. Alternatively, please phone your order through .

Any customer reporting an order 'not received' should be aware that we will make a claim from Royal Mail for your missing goods.  Royal Mail will not process a claim until 2 weeks after the date of posting and we, in turn cannot issue refunds or send duplicate items until we receive a refund/ return of the original goods from Royal Mail.  Royal Mail does not offer any timescale for resolution of claims.

Postage insurance and Special Delivery for your order is available on request and payment of the appropriate fee will be required.

Please Note: Postage prices quoted are for UK Delivery only. For overseas postage, please contact us to determine the correct price and all overseas orders will be sent by registered delivery and a signature will be required upon receipt .
